IS iHelpMax™ DIFFICULT TO INSTALL?
lt is very simple to install. Just plug in the power cord to the charging station. There are no tools required.
HOW DOES iHelpMax™ WORK?
In an emergency, simply push the button on the wearable pendant and communicate with the call center. There is no need to use a regular telephone.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE NEAR A BASE STATION TO USE iHelpMax™ ?
No, with iHelpMax™ you communicate two-way though the PENDANT. The user has much more freedom to move anywhere.
HOW FAR AWAY CAN THE PENDANT BE FROM THE BASE STATION AND STILL WORK PROPERLY?
It Operates on a nationwide wireless 4G network, so you’ll have coverage wherever you go.
WHAT TYPE OF BATTERY DOES iHelpMax™ USE?
The pendant uses a rechargeable battery so you never have to worry about changing it.
WHAT KIND OF BATTERY LIFE DOES iHelpMax™ HAVE?
The pendant has approximately 24hrs of battery life without automatic fall detection turned on and approximately 14-hours with fall detection turned on. We suggest charging daily to ensure coverage.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THESE PRODUCTS?
One-year limited warranty – Option to purchase extended warranty.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE USER IS UNABLE TO SPEAK?
As long as the button on the pendant is pressed, the call center is aware that there is an emergency and can take the proper steps to send help.
WHAT IF THE POWER GOES OUT IN THE HOME?

A state-of-the-art medical alert monitoring company with operators trained to provide on-call medical assistance. Bi-lingual operators are available and the call center will stay on the line until help arrives.

WHAT IF THE POWER GOES OUT IN THE HOME?
The base station provides up to 30 hours of backup battery time and its batteries will recharge once power has been restored.
WHO ANSWERS THE CALL WHEN THE BUTTON IS PRESSED?
An emergency response call center operator will answer the call. We use an exclusive call center for MediPendant™. lt is the only state-of-the-art medical alert monitoring company with certified EMT operators trained to provide on-call medical assistance. Bi-lingual operators are available and the call center will stay on the line until help arrives.
IS THIS THE ONLY CALL CENTER AVAILABLE?
Yes. We use the proprietary emergency response center that is used with our products. We want to ensure that all of our customers are getting the best service possible and that includes a state-of-the-art call center with certified EMT operators.
